How AnimAid handles the data you provide to produce your portraits securely.
1. Data we process
We keep the uploaded portrait, your generation settings, and the Stripe metadata needed for billing.
2. Purpose
Your assets are used only to generate the requested artwork and to help with support if something goes wrong.
3. Retention
Temporary files are purged within 30 days. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].
4. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or portability via [email protected].
5. Service providers
Hosting: Vercel. Payments: Stripe. Image generation: handled via our selected AI provider without naming or exposing underlying vendors.
6. Security
We apply restricted access controls and encrypt traffic between your browser, our edge, and partner APIs.
